    • Share updates, promotions, events, and news using the GMB Posts feature to engage with customers.
  • Collect and Respond to Reviews:
    • Encourage satisfied customers to leave positive reviews.
    • Respond to reviews, both positive and negative, to show that you value customer feedback.
  • Use Messaging:
    • Enable messaging to allow customers to contact you directly through your GMB profile.
  • Check Q&A Section:
    • Monitor and respond to questions asked by customers in the Q&A section of your GMB profile.
  • Use Insights:
    • Review the insights and analytics provided by GMB to understand how customers are finding and interacting with your business.
  • Take regular reviews
    • Take regular reviews from your customers. Google provides you a unique link that you can send to the customers to directly land on your review page which you can share with your customers. Taking reviews tremendously helps your brand gets more visibility and credibility
